Mediocre Malta!

Here at Eurovision Express, we've always had a soft spot for Malta, and we would dearly love the small meditteranean island to win Eurovision one day. However, we're struggling to find a favourite amongst the 20 songs in their national final.

Chiara is better than her song What if We and Claudia Faniello should have entered Caravaggio this year instead of the less impressive Blue Sonata.

Maybe Malta should go down the tacky route and send Tonight at The Opera by Classic Rebels written by Eurovision legends Ralph Siegel and John O'Flynn (aka Bernd Meinunger).

Sadly, we can't see ourselves in Valetta in 2010 unless Chiara's song is vastly re-worked for the national final.
