After many years at the Globen in Stockholm, the Swedish National Final (it's so much more than just that!) Melodifestivalen may be on the move to Malmo.
A new state-of-the-art auditorium is currently being built in Malmo, Sweden's 3rd city, and rumours are rife that this will showcase the MF final in March 2009.
A new project manager has been appointed by SVT to oversee the MF2009 - his name is Ronnie Lans who has been involved in their Pop-Idol programmes. Could Melodifestival be heading in a new direction?
