It now looks almost certain that Patricia Kaas will represent La Belle France in Moscow. Kaas is one of the most successful French-speaking singers in the world. Stylistically her music is not classical chanson, but is closer to a mixture of pop music, jazz and chanson.
France TV is expected to officially announce that Ms Kaas will represent her home country in Moscow within the next two weeks. Patricia will be one of the most high-profile singers in the competition, having racked up sales of over 16 million albums worldwide. Patricia has many marvellous songs, but our particular favourite from way back in the early 90's is this one - Les Hommes Qui Passent
Bon Chance France...excellent choice of singer...can't wait to hear the song for Moscow.
