Vodka from Malta...or Cider from the UK?

We were scratching our heads tonight trying to figure out where we thought we had heard the tune for Morena's Maltese winning song Vodka before...and then we figured it out...

Of course, we are in no way suggesting that this is a copy. The accordian sound in both songs is similar-ish, that's all. And both songs are about drinks aswell!
