Super Saturday Preview 7 - Bulgaria - How about some more Italian?

We're going to come clean now. Here at Eurovision Express we love all things Eurovision, but even we haven't been able to keep up with goings on in Bulgaria. Just like Iceland, they seemed to start their selection about ten years ago.

Having had a quick listen to the 12 songs competing to be Bulgaria's 4th entry, we think the best is probably an uptempo Italian song called Sogno, sung by Georgi Hristov and Gianni Fiorelino.

It reminds us of Eros Ramazzotti, and should it be picked, it will bring the number of Italian language songs up to two. We fully expect San Marino to sing in Italian as well, so it's quite possible that even without the much missed Italy, the Italian language could be the second most popular tongue to sing in this year.
