After a very good performance from Portugal which looked and sounded great - Flor-De-Lis look resplendant in their outfits with this feel-good song - we had two of the big hitters in Semi-Final 1 - namely Malta and Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Chiara now has a different backdrop (still blue) and looks more comfortable than the last rehearsal. She struggled a little bit with her voice at times, but still gave a powerful performance. This song is fine if you stick with it until the last chorus but it does take a long time to get going! For Chiara's sake let's hope the televoters give the song a full airing on Tuesday.
Then, we came to THE song of this semi-final - Bistra Voda from Bosnia-Herzegovina. The group looked and sounded superb, a flawless performance and this could definitely be the song that will top this semi-final and may be in close contention with Norway for the Grand-Prix itself! We are so glad we got this at 80/1 a while back!
